- Abstract:
Research opportunities in superconducting interface phenomena, superconducting based electronics and
spintronics
as well as opportunities for fundamental studies on novel superconducting materials are provided by the
combination of theoretical developments and experimental discoveries in unconventional superconductivity,
controlled fabrication of mesoscopic and nano-scale magnetic and superconducting interfaces and theoretical
developments in non-equilibrium superconductors and superconductor-magnetic interfaces. In the following we
discuss developments and opportunities involving the principal superconducting interface phenomena.
